Welcome to Validoe. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Validoe application and services, including SecureSure (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using Validoe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
Validoe provides card Authentication, Pre-Grading, and Re-Grading services for Pokémon cards, graded cards, sealed packs, graded packs, and booster boxes. Additional services under SecureSure include limited financial coverage for incorrect authentications, and responsive customer support to assist users during claim resolution or post-verification concerns. We plan to expand to other TCGs and sports trading cards in the future.
Disclaimer: Validoe does not issue official grades. Pre-Grading and Re-Grading are opinions and guidance only, and results from third-party grading companies (e.g., PSA, BGS, CGC) may differ. Validoe is not affiliated with any third-party grading company.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our Services.
Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Validoe.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18, to use Validoe.
Authentication, Pre-Grading, and Re-Grading Process
Submission: Users must submit high-quality and clear images of their cards, packs, slabs, or boxes through the app for a comprehensive review.
Evaluation: Validoe uses advanced AI analysis and expert human review to verify authenticity, estimate the potential grade range for ungraded cards/packs, or offer a Re-Grading opinion for previously graded slabs/packs.
Results: While Validoe strives for accuracy, results are based on the information provided and are subject to expert judgment. Validoe does not guarantee the accuracy or validity of the results.
SecureSure is automatically applied to authenticated cards (not including Pre-Grading or Re-Grading). It provides:
These benefits are provided automatically with Authentication and are subject to the specific terms in effect at the time of use.
Payment: Payment must be made through the provided payment methods. By providing payment information, you agree to the payment terms and conditions.
No Warranty: Validoe provides the Services “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied.
Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Validoe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Validoe, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
Validoe reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that Validoe believes violates these Terms, is harmful to other users of the Services, Validoe, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Validoe may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and within the app. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Services after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Validoe operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
