Validoe works by having users submit high-quality images of their cards through the app. Our team of expert card specialists, supported by advanced AI systems, then analyze each submission for Authentication, Pre-Grading, and Re-Grading potential. Depending on the service level you choose, detailed results and verification reports can be delivered in as fast as 10 minutes.
Currently, Validoe supports Authentication, Pre-Grading, and Re-Grading for Pokémon cards, sealed packs, graded packs, graded slabs, and booster boxes. We’re actively working to expand our services to include other TCGs and sports trading cards in the near future.
The duration depends on the turnaround option you choose. We offer several service levels to meet your needs. Once your images are uploaded, our expert team and AI will begin the verification process, and you’ll receive results within the selected timeframe — in as fast as a few minutes.

Every submission is reviewed under Dual Human Review — two independent experts — supported by AI for speed and consistency. Our team includes experienced card collectors and grading specialists who rigorously check each submission.
Yes, Validoe takes your privacy and security seriously. We use advanced encryption and security measures to protect your personal information and ensure a safe experience on our platform.
To submit your cards, create an account on validoe.app, follow the submission guidelines to upload high-quality images of your cards, and proceed with the payment. Our system will guide you through each step of the process.
SecureSure is an additional layer of protection that covers potential losses in the rare case of a change in authentication. Expert authenticators meticulously examine each card to classify it as authentic, a replica, or inconclusive. If the final result changes after the initial review, SecureSure activates automatically, and the team will contact you with your coverage options.
Currently, SecureSure provides a refund if our service was incorrect in its authentication assessment. In the future, this coverage will be reassessed to refund you up to five times what you paid for the authentication service.
